I step out of the operating room to find Rose anxiously waiting for me. Her first question escapes her lips, "How is Melany?" followed by her second concern, "Is she going to be alright?" and then her third inquiry, "Has she regained consciousness?" Addressing her first two questions simultaneously, I respond, "Melany has been saved, but unfortunately, she had to undergo a procedure to remove her uterus. However, she will recover." As for her last question, I provide a brief response, "Not yet." We both fall into a momentary silence, exhaling deeply.
"Do we need to wait for Melany to regain consciousness before we leave?" Rose asks again.
Adrien's voice chimes in, "There's no need for you to wait, Rose. I will stay with her. Besides, shouldn't the alphas in- law have arrived
