That dream again.

One year turned into two years, and time was passing by fast but every day she would train at the same time every morning at 4 Am with her uncle. She was now 14 years old and pining her uncle every day for the past 2 months. He had upped her running to 16 km every morning and 8 km in the evening in her wolf form.

The first time she ran in her wolf form he was lost for words, Deliha was pure white with blue eyes.

She was just a bit smaller than an Alpha wolf, but she was still very big for a young wolf.

Over the past 2 years, she made a good connection with her uncle Nicco. She talked a little more and laughed a little more.

Their relationship was strong and as she got older her protection over her little brother got worse. When Josh started walking Lisha was very weary after he had fallen and bumped his head. There was a little bump on his head and Lisha was furious. It took her mother, father, and uncle to calm her down for a good hour. After that Lisha would use her power as a witch to put a bubble around him so if he fell he wouldn't get hurt again.

Her parents couldn't understand why she was protective of Josh. They were so scared she would destroy things that hurt Josh like she did the day he had fallen over she almost destroyed the house.

On her 15th birthday, her parents and uncle threw her a little party just for them, and Josh, they had ordered her cake and made her favorite foods.

when she came through the door after her run everyone was in the lounge and shouted Happy Birthday to her she smiled at them but her power was a little off today.

Her mother and father hugged her and gave her kisses. "Happy Birthday princess we got you something" They handed her a box she opened it and smiled looking happy.

"Thank you mother thank you, father. I love it"

It was a diamond necklace with a beautiful white gold wolf that had purple and blue stones in it.

"Let me shower and I'll come down to eat" Lisha was making her way to the stairs with a small sad smile on her face.

Her uncle Nicco noticed the little change in her but didn't say anything.

After eating and cutting the cake her father went to put Josh to bed while her mother was washing up the dishes.

Her uncle sat with her on the couch and watched as she was in a terminal battle with herself.

"hey kiddo you don't look too good. Is everything ok?"

He watched her closely as she looked over to her uncle.

"Are you leaving soon uncle?"

He was a little taken back but his work was never-ending he had passed on a lot of work for the past couple of years and knew he had to leave soon, his job required his attention again he couldn't let just anyone do the jobs that required him.

"Yeah, kiddo I've been putting a lot of work off lately."

she still looked a little upset then he remembered he had gotten her a present he stood and nodded to the Dojo.

she followed her uncle down the stairs to the dojo and her eyes lit up when she saw a large wooden box on the mat.

He kneeled beside the box and nodded for her to do the same.

"I know how hard you have worked these past couple years Lisha and I'm very proud of you. I ordered these for you when we started using wooded weapons"

He moved to the side and opened the wooden box then moved again so she could see the content in the box.

He watched as Lisha's eyes went wide and her smile was even wider,

He had brought her a set of 3 katanas that came with daggers and her very own assassin suits.

The katanas were purple and blue blades and had his logo printed in black on them.

"These are only to be used in battle or when you truly need them"

She nodded and jumped to hug her uncle, he hugged her back.

"Thank you uncle thank you for everything"

He smiled and let her go looking at her as tears formed in her eyes he noticed something was off.

"what's going on Lisha is everything ok?''

she wiped her tears and shook her head. He knew something was wrong but didn't want to push her to tell him.

"I leave in the morning kiddo I'll be away for a couple of months"

she nodded her head and replied

"I know uncle. But if I need you would you come back?"

He was a little surprised he didn't know what she was thinking but he knew he couldn't stay away.

He hugged her again " I'll always be there when you need me Lisha your my favorite niece" he smiled at her and she giggled.

"I'm your only niece Uncle Nicco" He laughed as she hit his shoulder.

They both put the stands for her katanas and suits on the wall of the Dojo.

"It's getting late kiddo better hit the hey I'll see you in the morning for our last training okay"

Lisah hugged her uncle and headed to bed.

The nightmare she had been having since her mother was pregnant with Josh was full on this time...

She was standing in her PJs at the front door of her house everything was burning around her Josh was crying in her arms and she could see the bodies that littered the front lawn of the packhouse. She was calling out to her mother and father but couldn't find them. She called for her uncle this time but didn't get a response. There were wofls fighting on the left of the packhouse near the forest. It was an all-out war. As she moved from the house to the forest she could smell her mother's blood but couldn't see her mother. She called out again but nothing she went to turn around and looked up at the trees. She started crying she could see her mother's body hanging from the trees. she covered Josh's eyes as she cried and moved back towards the house. She had to get out of there and get Josh to safety. As she got the the car park where her parents' cars were parked she saw a wolf biting down on a man. when she got closer she saw the man was her father. they made eye contact and he told her to run. She couldn't move she was frozen in her place. "Run Princess Run".

She quickly ran for her father's car and put Josh in his car seat. As she was about to close the door and make her way to the driver's seat a wolf hit into her making her fly away from the car. As she stood up she heard the cries of her little brother then they stopped as the wolf had bitten his head clean off and threw it to her feet.

"JOSH!"

she screamed as the wolf ran at her..

She jumped up in her bed sweating and scared. She calmed herself and tried to shake off the feeling in her she was mad sad angry and helpless.

she made her way to her bathroom and took a cold shower to wake herself up.

As she was getting dressed she looked over at the clock next to her bed it read 03:45 am.

she made her way out of her room and towards her little brother's nursery. she cracked the door open and slipped inside to sit next to him and watched him sleep.

"A war is coming Josh and I won't let anyone take you"

She promised to herself and to him.
