"How did you do that?” Ally asked while breathing heavily.

How could he taste her, how could he arouse in her dreams and still feel so real? She felt like she was standing literally naked to the soul in front of Elijah while he devoured every desirable part of hers.

An evil smirk covered his lips as he leaned forward to her level. His lips almost touched hers before he replied in a hushed tone,

"I didn't do anything, sweetheart. It's what I am. It's what I know. This is how I quench my hunger. I can lick every sweet little part of yours in a thousand ways even in your dreams and you'll be begging me to f**k you in reality."

An incubus is a demon in male form who, according to mythological and legendary traditions, lies upon sleeping women in order to engage in s****l activity with them. They are considered fallen angels who now have taken the form of demons. Its female counterpart is a succubus. Salacious tales of incubi and succubi have been told for many centuries in traditional societies. Some traditions hold that repeated s****l activity with an incubus or succubus may result in the deterioration of health, mental state, or even death. Ally stood shivering in a completely vacant street of Paris. It was well past midnight and the restaurant behind her had already closed. 'Supernatural's’, words read as the glow sign board blinked revealing the name of the amazing restaurant. Adorned with a mixture of modern and ancient architecture, the restaurant gave a vibe of pure joy and happiness even from the outside. She came here from time to time, to have whatever amazing food they have on their menu at the time. It was crowned as one of the best restaurants of Paris. And the reason that it was crowned the best restaurant here was because they actually were kind of supernatural. Well.. not really, obviously. The thing was, they keep changing their menu in every three months with deliciously tasty new dishes that can give you a feeling of what true nirvana feels like, and well, doing that in today's economy where no one thinks beyond increasing their financial amount without putting any effort in keeping their customers happy is actually kind of a supernatural thing to do. And that definitely made them special in her and their constantly growing customer's eyes. But today she was not able to enjoy the feeling of nirvana that they provide just because she was ordered s***h requested by her boyfriend to wait outside the restaurant until he gets here. That was three hours ago. The restaurant had closed fifteen minutes ago, all its employees were gone, the street was empty, she was constantly having a weird feeling of being watched by someone from the last three hours and she stood in a silent street in the middle of the night shivering to her bones waiting for her boyfriend, Neil. Ally Peterson, the stupid, stupid girl couldn't get any stupider, right? The issue being, in the last twenty two years of her lifespan, she still had not learnt whom to trust, whom to give her heart, whom to ditch & where to bury the feelings that constantly stopped her from doing even remotely bad to someone else. Yeah, she was that f****d up. She clutched her jacket closer to her chest as the chilly wind shook her. She was angry, cold and most importantly, she was hungry. She had had nothing after the lunch. With the option of eating in the restaurant that she was desperately counting the minutes to dive in gone, she was dying to have anything that could quench her hunger. Neil had said that he was busy with some work and would get here in a few seconds when she had called him five minutes ago. She was tired of waiting for him. If he didn't come in the next five minutes she was going home alone, she had decided. The next five minutes also passed along with her patience. After muttering foul curses at Neil under her breath she threw her hands up in anger and started walking. She would get a taxi or probably a cab and then dump Neil’s ass if he showed up at her place or called her again. This is not how you are supposed to treat anyone at all, leave alone your girlfriend! But even she knew that the things bubbling in her head in anger were just empty threats. Neil always showed up with a reason that she couldn’t help but acknowledge the importance of. Forgiving being her hopelessly stupid weakness, she always let him go easy. And no, she wasn’t proud of it ‘cause you surely should have a bone in you that stops you from letting people hurt you easily or giving them a reason to commit the same mistake again and again. Just as she took her third step toward the way of main road from where she was planning on getting a taxi, she heard screeches of a car. She turned around to see Neil getting out of the car. "Where were you going?" Neil asked as he got out of the car and came to her. Wearing a yellow checks shirt and jeans with shoes, he looked good. Although he was nothing to sneeze at, he was also not drop dead gorgeous. In her opinion, they both complimented each other in looks. "Shut your mouth, please!" She replied with clenched teeth as she stomped ahead to get inside the car. Yeah, she was stupid enough to have a boyfriend who made his girlfriend stand in a street alone in the middle of the night, but she wasn't that stupid to walk home alone this late to get pounced on by night predators when she was having a feeling of being watched by some fuckwad from the last three hours. "Ally..", Neil called out as he came forward to get inside the driver seat, "Come on now, don't be angry. I got stuck with some office work. You know how hard it is to work in a manufacturing company. They call me any time they want and I have to show up. I wasn't that late anyway." "Either you don't know how to check the time, or you just take me as a complete fool." Ally replied without looking at him. Her eyes were looking out of the window of the car. "You should have just told me to go home instead of making me wait this long at night. This is not acceptable! Neil, next time please be a little responsible. Do you even know how scared and hungry I am?" Suddenly her gaze fell upon a body standing in a dark corner beside the restaurant. Unmoving, his face was looking straight toward her like he knew exactly where she was sitting. The second her gaze fell upon him, it was like he knew that she could see him. Before she could make out anything more of his shadow or body structure, he disappeared. And she wasn't saying that as a way of speech, he really, literally disappeared. The incident wasn't even five second long, and she felt like it had lasted for five months. To say she was spooked would be an understatement. All the anger that she was feeling for Neil had disappeared. Its place was taken by pure terror.
