Smith’s POV Delilah hunched over and screamed while clutching her head. If it wasn’t for this ridiculous mate bond, I wouldn’t actually have cared, but I rushed over to ask her if she was okay. Fine, so it wasn’t just because of the bond. I needed her to complete my plan. Not in the mood to deal with her humanity, I picked her up and carried her to our room. She was probably just tired after all that spell work I made her do. When I put her down, I noticed the wrinkles starting to show on her hands. It really was time to trade her in for someone younger. Luckily, by tonight, I would have Valerie and I wouldn’t need these witches any longer. Delilah thought she would hold her magical powers over my head.
