Thankfully, none of the other women were bitten by their mates, which meant that the only ones we had to worry about at this point were me and the pup. What would happen to the pup and to me if I suddenly got transported into some mysterious gem? Or worse! If the pup ended up in some mysterious gem and nobody could reach it! From the information the guys gave us, we were able to gain a better picture of how they were split from their physical form. The moment they shifted, their bodies turned into rogues because of the loss of their human side.
We had to find a way to stop me and the pup from going through that split if our baby had any hope of surviving this, and I knew that the pack was doing everything possible to find a way out of this. Now that the witch knew that the
