After getting dressed, Carlisle sits on the bed, waiting for Baby. He thought the days of her torturing a fucker were over. His mind goes back to Nora, and he realizes that Baby and Nora had to have known one another before the night Marcus brought her to their house for dinner. Now he wants to know why they are keeping it a secret. He’s brought out of his thoughts when she walks out of the dressing room dressed in black leggings and a black tee shirt.
Heavenlee looks at him and sees that he is dressed. “Babe, you don’t have to go. Father is going with me.”
Carlisle walks over to her and wraps his arms around her. “I’m going with you. I know that it's more going on than you and father are telling me. I want to know everything.” He leans back to look at her then he kisses her forehead.
