“Knock, knock,” Miel called as she approached the house. She got to the door and peered into the living room, it was empty. “Anna!” she removed her sandals and stepped into the house. She saw a jug and some coffee mugs on the center-table, the mugs weren’t completely empty she noted and smirked, she knew Anna was good at pranking on her, especially on games of hide and seek. It was with pride that Miel checked the back of the parlor door because that was Anna’s favorite spot at ‘booing!’ her. But the place was empty; there was no Anna behind the door.
