In the end, I didn’t visit Pyro. I fought the go and I was successful. Ryder and Ceira were glaring at me at the dinner table because of that but I didn’t care much.
“So, why did you not go?” Neil asked me while stabbing the steak in front of him.
I know he’s pertaining to Pyro and I can’t help but just sigh. “It’s not my obligation to go and visit him,” I replied and I heard a violent sigh from Ceira.
I looked at her and saw her shaking her head at me. I shrugged it off. It’s not like they could dictate what I will do.
“The arrow was poisoned,” Ceira blurted out and I froze at my spot. She raised her brow as she looked at me. “We have to check if it’s wolf’s bane but I think it’s not.”
