After my clear victory over the Luna, everyone started to send me letters of invitations to tea parties, book clubs, and social salons. This is very different from the past. In the past it felt like people avoided me. I also didn’t have much time to participate in the social scene of the higher ranks in the pack, but looking back it was a terrible way to treat the Beta’s daughter.
“Miss, do you know which invitations you will accept?” Clara asks.
“I will accept these two. Please send my replies. Oh and how are Annabelle’s bedroom preparations coming?” I ask while handing Clara the two invites I’m accepting.
