Chapter Thirteen – Talk of War

We have received word that the King of Sviariki is planning an attack on my realm in retaliation for the beheading of Queen Valarie. My Spies inform me the King was most upset that one of his favourite noble’s daughters had been put to death due to her disobedience. This danger to my kingdom requires my up most attention, to ensure the protection of all my subjects. I have been spending much of my time in endless meetings with my generals of war, putting together the strategy to try and resolve this attack without bloodshed, but it is looking likely that some battles will not be avoided.
