Xavier had called Neil and Fred over to Alex's house which was practically his own house too —since he own nothing and was always squandering everything he's ripping off from The Dela Cruz groups, it's now Andy's responsibility to foot every of his father's bill.
Xavier wasn't even ashamed of his irresponsibility, instead he saw it as an opportunity to exploit his children, Andy and Stephanie, and sharing whatever he gets from them with his brothers, Neil and Fred.
Andy wasn't tired of his father's act nor did he complain, not even for once. To him, it's way better than seeing him exploiting money from the Dela Cruz groups like he used to in the past. Temporarily, the three brothers has forgotten about the existence of the Dela Cruz and had focused on Andy and his sibling instead.
