Third Party POV
Ashton snuck out of Maeve’s room early in the morning before the rest of the pack woke up. He had mindlinked Ben to come take over and as soon as Ben had arrived, Ashton rushed away.
Maeve was still asleep when Ben arrived and little did she know, that today was the day she had been waiting for.
After lunch, Ben had started to pace around the room. “Where is she?” he groaned to himself, looking at his watch. He tried to mindlink her again, “please hurry. I have a meeting in two minutes” but again he got no response. Sighing, he ran his fingers through his hair again. Just as he was about to send another mindlink, the door opened and the very shewolf had been waiting for entered.
