It’s the night of the rehearsal dinner. I only know that because I watched them all leave earlier. Other than Imogen leaving with them, it was like a rush of fresh air knowing I won’t be running into Ford for at least a few hours.
Casen, Grey, Nala, and I decide to go to the upscale Japanese steak house restaurant at the resort. After we eat, Casen and I head to the outdoor bar, and I’m happy that Nala and Grey go to check out the shops in the resort.
“Seriously, Casen?” I say since it’s the first time I’ve had him alone.
