Aine’s POV:
We moved quickly through the streets until we reached the outskirts. Rick dropped down and we followed suit. He gestured toward a tower guard and one patrolling the perimeter.
We leopard crawled until we passed the tower and then Rick just disappeared. Cale started moving faster. When we finally found him, he was staring out of a hole with a huge smile. When I came closer, I noticed that it was some sort of tunnel.
He waved us in and Cale let me go in first. It was a tight squeeze for me, so for Cale with his huge muscular body and shoulders, it must have been almost unbearable.
We silently followed Rick through the network of tunnels. About two hours later, we finally came to the opening.
When I finally squeezed out, I took a deep breath of fresh air. I shook my arms
