Ethlyn stirred in her sleep and felt a soft mattress under her. Without opening her eyes, she inhaled the scent around her to see where she was at that moment, and she quickly opened her eyes when she realized she was in the hospital smelling the scent of medicines and sound and sound of cries of babies, people calling ‘doctor’ and a few more.
She looked around and found an old lady sitting beside her and reading a magazine.
“Good Morning, Ms. Smith,” Nelina said, seeing her awake.
“Good Morning,” Ethlyn said and recalled what had happened last night and how she could have landed in the pack hospital. ‘Now that I’m inside the pack. I have to use this opportunity to meet my daughter.’ She thought.
