It's a shame that I turned down Sam's request to come here to her town to meet her mother, yet here I am, standing on their lands, waiting for the Mayor to meet the owner of the grape farm and one of the residents that will be affected by the project.
I told the Mayor that I'd just meet him near the farm instead of going to his office because I didn't want to expose myself that much for now, not at this early stage of the project. I don't like the people here to start talking about me without acquiring the properties yet. However, he suggested something else. He proposed meeting me in front of the second house I will find on the right, a cottage-style home, after taking the last left turn near the farm.
