I could not go home, I stayed at the hospital, I could not leave her there, the doctor said that I could go home and come back the next day, but I felt that it was risky as someone could come to the hospital and take her while I am at home thinking that she is in the hospital.
“ I will stay here and watch over her,” I said to him.
“ Oh no, Mr. Robert, she is safe in this place, she needs a good amount of rest, by tomorrow, she will be better and you can come to see her,” The doctor said.
I was not having it, I felt like someone would come take her like the last time.
“ I will stay, I do not mind,” I told him.
He had no choice but to let me stay.
“If you say so” He left.
It was the hospital chair that I laid on, it was soft and I was glad that it was. I spent the night there. I
