ISABEL'S POV. Now left alone long after Alpha Leo walked out of the room, I found myself replaying our brief exchange in my head over and over. His "thank you" still echoed in my ears even though it had been minutes. The more I thought about what just happened, the more it stirred something inside of me that I didn’t want to feel.
