Jenessa's POV:
Today was our school's first basketball game. The hall was buzzing with excitement for this afternoon's game.
"Hey", I greeted Olivia. After I hung out with Levi yesterday and got home, I didn't have time to text her.
"Hey, so today is the game. Huh?"
"Yes. Are you coming?" I asked.
"I'll think about it," she replied.
"Please, I don't want to go alone", I pleaded.
"Fine," she sighed and I grinned.
"Hello ladies, your knight in shining armor has arrived," Connor announced.
"I've been waiting my knight," I played along as and pretended to faint. He caught me, he grinned down at me, "is this the part where we kiss?"
Levi coughed behind him and I stood up, there was a look on his face, but it disappeared as fast as it came. Strange.
