Flee

In the darkness, Alexander descended like a wolf already driven to madness, overwhelming Evelyn's defenses. This man, who appeared as cold as a glacier to others, now burned like an unquenchable flame, intent on consuming her completely. The fierce malice in his dark eyes suddenly extinguished silently when they met the tears in her eyes. The gaze that ignited once more overflowed with boundless tenderness, a subtle change that even Alexander himself did not notice. A melodious voice, as enchanting as the music of the spheres, whispered tenderly beside her slumbering countenance, promising, "I'll be gentle." Like a warm hand, it cradled her continually falling soul. Evelyn, with tears streaks on her face, nodded, causing Alexander's eyes to darken and then brighten, once again transforming him into a fierce beast... Feel pain...... In a daze, Evelyn shifted her bruised body, and a piercing throbbing from the crushing impact spread through every limb and joint. Evelyn's eyes widened in shock as she recalled what had transpired outside the hotel the previous night. She sat up abruptly, overcome with terror. A chill swept over her entire body, and when she looked down, she saw that the clothes she wore last night had already been reduced to a pile of ragged cloth by the bedside. Her snow-white skin was covered with horrifying bruises in shades of blue and purple. Ruined! Evelyn felt like her head had been struck hard, and a sense of despair spread through her heart. Had she been r***d? Staring at the unfamiliar yet somehow familiar room, it didn't resemble a hotel at all. She desperately tried to recall what happened last night, but due to the drunk's influence, she only remembered struggling with an unknown man outside the hotel. After that, she couldn't recall anything. Evelyn looked desperately to one side, and just one glance shocked her once again! The man who had done that with her last night was none other than Alexander! This was Alexander's bedroom! Many years ago, when the White family's business failed, Evelyn's mother abandoned her and her father. Unable to bear the devastating blow, her father tragically jumped from the 17th floor, leaving her behind at only 3 years old. Orphaned, Evelyn was taken in by her father's friend, Smith, and raised in the Smith family. Alexander happened to be Smith's only son. To avoid causing trouble for the Smith family, Evelyn had always been obedient and well-behaved. But now... She had slept with Alexander! Evelyn tugged at her hair in a silent roar of frustration. Something terrible had happened! Something truly dreadful! Alexander appeared to be fast asleep, but when he awoke, would he be inclined to throttle her? Evelyn, who had lived with Alexander on a daily basis, was well aware of the man's current terrifying and cold demeanor. Alexander was notorious in the city of D for his resolute and merciless character, his arrogant chill. No one who crossed him could escape unscathed. This time, she had really caused a big mess! Even though the man beside her was still asleep, the chill emanating from him made her feel like she was undergoing slow torture. Now that this had transpired, what other choice did she have but to flee the scene? She quietly lifted the blanket, intending to rise, but the faint light revealed a chiseled, flawless physique, its confident and mesmerizing contours compelling her to sneak a glance. Evelyn couldn't help but swallow, her dark, sparkling eyes fixed on the exquisite physique that beckoned her to further exploration. His toned chest, devoid of clothing, caught her eye, causing her breath to hitch in her throat. Her gaze, a mix of curiosity and reserve, traced its way down, lingering on the contours of his sculpted abdominal muscles before venturing further... "What are you staring at?" The abrupt inquiry jolted her, causing her to inadvertently bite her tongue in surprise.
