Martha’s body tingled and adrenaline rushed in her veins. She was the only person on this beach in a one piece.
Everyone else in the area wore two pieces and more than a few had their tops off, letting the sun shine on parts of their bodies that Martha always covered up.
She stayed next to Jordan and that didn’t help the jitters. Why had she shared with him her V card status? It wasn’t like it had to be part of the conversation. Her heart sped up again despite how he’d offered to end her virginity. If he’d used flowery words, maybe she’d have said yes right then. But now she’d never tell him that.
