Martha glanced at the clock. She needed to make a fast decision. One month wasn’t that long and she always kept her word. If he didn’t want to run to Jessica, she shouldn’t push him. Her heart craved finding Jordan to tell him she’d been stupid and wrong.
A divorce was the last thing she wanted. But he might just think she wanted temporary when she wanted so much more than that. If there was a chance that he could care for her, then she would wait for him. She needed to stop being fearful and pushing him away.
