Avery could sense the change between Henry and agent Winter. She did her best to pretend she didn't see anything. She could have sworn Henry was upset. She just couldn't believe that Douglas Winter was FBI. She tried to go back to her initial meeting with him a few years back. He was just Doug, timid and quite stale, to put it mildly.
