Cassy rode in the car with Jesse to the cabin. She was so excited to see it. Jesse told her Adam and his grandpa Joe had built it.
"There is a big loft where you can sleep. Hanna made me stock up on wine and goodies for you."
When she got out of the car, Jesse showed her around.
He held up the satellite phone. "Oh, and this is the only phone. Your cell phone won't work down here. If you need me, call. Anytime!"
Cassy remembered she lost her phone in the hospital.
"I will be back tomorrow to check in. You sure you want to do this," he asked.
"Send Avery down. I miss her." She grinned.
He saw the old sassy girl then.
" Oh, I bet. You just want to pounce on her and make out with my wife!" He laughed.
She saw that he was being very kind to her.
Cassy hugged him, she sighed.
