AJ followed Cassy upstairs. The house was dark. Everyone had gone to bed. Cassy left out the back door. She was still wide awake. She was happy she finally crushed her first song.
AJ watched her leave he decided he better give her some room. He didn't think he could give her what she had asked him for.
Cassy came running back into the house. " AJ," she called.
He had gone to bed. She wondered if she should go upstairs to look for him.
She slowly went upstairs. "AJ" she whispered. He came out into the hallway. " What is it?"
" The moma pig. She had her babies." she said excitedly.
He got his jacket and walked back to the barn with her.
" I'll be darned. There's 10 of them!" He grinned.
