I shouldn’t have gotten angry with Duke the way I did, he shouldn’t be blamed and it’s okay to fall in love with whoever they wanted to because we can’t control the heart.
I was in love with Damien too even before the moon Goddess gave him to me as mate, if he was to be mated to another, I guess the person would have reacted the same way I did.
I acted that way because I was damn jealous. He gave everything to Damien that I couldn’t. He was always beside him, protecting him from my shallow friends while I stood at the far end watching everything.
I should have been the one protecting him and making everything alright, but I guess I was dumb trying to replace him with a duplicate thinking when I have a mate everything will be over and I will have a way to love my mate and forge
