I thought I had known torture before but nothing I had gone through could compare to the pain I was feeling right now. I had tried to prepare myself for the next few hours. In the back of my mind I already knew that it would not be easy watching Janna and Alpha Valen spend the entire day together. Especially not with my wolf calling out to him as my mate.
