Ethan looked down at the book he was holding. Written on the cover was: ‘Remain By His Side’ It looked like the newest book the author had made. Since Ashton really enjoyed those books, Mason got into the habit of sending him one of the first editions of each series. It wasn’t that strange a thing for Mason to try and win the favor of his lover’s family, yet it made Ethan just a bit jelous for some reason.
“I’m back!” Ethan said as he walked in his lover’s apartment. Seeing no sight of him, he quickly assumed Ashton was in his study.
Right after, Ashton headed out the door of his room and moved his wheelchair towards his lover. “You’re finally home, I was starting to think you got lost along the way.”
