Meeting at the café the next day Elizabeth wore her casual clothes. It was her day off after all, so she saw no point in overdressing for the occasion.
She was there first and opened up the café, made some coffee for herself and waited until the other woman arrived.
Julia was there quickly, about five minutes before the time they had said to meet with each other. Well that of course still could barely compete with Elizabeth that was there thirty minutes in advance.
