“But your majesty…” Arnold tried to protest, but Sebastian shot his hand up to silence him.
“I mean it, Arnold,” Sebastian said with finality in his tone. “You cannot kill him. You are to bring him to the king’s jail, and we will figure out what to do from there. That’s the proper way.”
“No offense but screw the proper way. He hurt my mate and…”
“He hurt a lot more than just your mate,” Sebastian told him, both his tone and eyes darkening.
