Nash looks at Harmonee confused. She's standing closer to him than he remembers. But he put that to the back of his mind. Nash leans over a little closer to her, sniffing her hair.
She rolls her eyes. "We need to be on our way. Try to stay out of trouble. Let me give you a little warning." Harmonee looks at him. "Stop touching things or people that don't belong to you."
Carmen walks off thinking. "I don't know what she saw. But I know that his ass is dead now. By the look she gave him."
Harmonee is thinking about her brother as she and Carmen finish shopping. "Carm tonight I'm going to see my brother for a few minutes. Do you want to come?"
"Yes, I need to check on my family. I need to tell them my good news." Carmen lays her hand on her stomach.
