I groan as something wet and cold touches my face. I groan as opened my eyes and I see my wolf. I quickly sit up and looked around.
“Am I in the ‘In Between Again?’” I asked my wolf.
“No, I didn’t bring us here. Not this time” Moon said.
“Then, are we dead?” I asked her.
bitcho, you’re not dead” I hear a soft melodic voice. The voice sounded familiar. I turned towards the voice and I saw the woman from when I was eleven years old. The memory that Maddie helped me recover. My wolf yips before running towards her and her wolf. The Woman smiles at my wolf before petting her. “Moon Goddess” I breathed before bowing my head and taking a knee.
“Oh, no need to bow my child” she said gently helping me up. I see both wolves take off to play in the distance, but not too far.
