VII. Alpha Nathaniel

1676 Words
Nathaniel's POV: Sitting on the bed, my eyes saw a dimmed light in the corner of the room. The door creaks open, and a woman walked in, high red heels gracefully dance on the white carpet. She was small, petite as if she will get crushed once I wrapped my arms around her. The messy brown hair was covering her beautifully tan face, glisten with sensual sweat, the predator's eyes were on me. I gaze upon her perfect body, covered by a button-up white t-shirt, ending in the middle of her thighs. My mind wanders, desperately wants to know if she was wearing anything else or if she is bare. My eyes refuse to look away, drawn to the blissed droplets of water that gently caressed its way down her neck, reaching her collarbones. Desperately, I was aching to sink my canines into her flesh, marking my territory. The woman standing in front of me is a masterpiece, carved by the Gods. She got down on her knees, stalking towards me as the white shirt covering her body slip off her shoulder. She positions herself between my legs, slimmed red fingernails tracing on my thighs. Steadily, she tilted her head up, tongue wetting her scarlet lips, dark brown eyes striking into my very soul. "Nathaniel," she whispered deviously, a single finger tracing down my stomach. She crawled up to my lap, tucking her fingers inside my belt, clicking it open. "Tell me, what would you like me to do mate," she growled into my ear. My body jolted upward, and the pen dropped from my face when I heard a knocking on the door. I wiped the drool from my cheek, eyes peeking downward to see something no one will ever know. "What is it?" I croaked out, sliding my chair into the desk, blocking anyone from seeing my lower half. My bedroom door creaks open, and one of my pack members walked in. He bowed down at a perfect angle. "Alpha Nathaniel, you told me to wake you up this morning for school." I ran my hands down my tired face and nodded, waving him away. He bowed down once more and walked out the door, gently closing it. I slid out of my chair and looked down to see my sweats soaked. "f**k Nathaniel, really? You're seventeen, and you still get wet dreams?" I scorned myself. I walked towards my closet, grabbing a new set of clothes, preparing to wash away my shame. Turning around, I saw the empty side of the closet and release a deep breath. 'I want our mate,' my wolf, Ace, whined. 'Ah, shut up,' I respond, walking into the bathroom, throwing my clean clothes on the counter. 'Think about it, Nathaniel. When we meet our mate, you won't get wet dreams anymore, and we won't be vir-' 'Don't you dare finish that sentence.′ For as long as I remember, I've been having these dreams about this girl. Recently, it crossed PG-13 and enter R-rated, but I can't remember how she looks. Ace claimed she is my mate, but I think I'm just a hormonal teenage werewolf. Turning on the water, I threw my soiled clothes on the ground and jumped inside, letting the water cool down my heated body. "Nathaniel," her tempting voice echoes inside my head. "s**t," I growled to myself. 'Let's get this over with, use lefty just like the doctor order,' Ace said. 'Ace, you just don't know when to shut your trap, do you?' He was quiet for the longest time. 'Nathaniel, you know I take pride in annoying you. It's the only thing I can do since I'm inside your head. Let me have this.' When I finish taking care of my business, I turned off the water and grabbed a towel, drying myself. Wrapping it around my torso, I step out of the walk-in shower. My fingers ran through my hair, pushing it back. Licking my wet lips, I reach for the clean clothes. My hand stopped, moving towards the phone when I heard it buzzing. I grabbed it, thumb sliding across the screen, putting it next to my ear. "What is it?" "Mr. Roi, I am calling to remind you about the board meeting after school today, and you have a pack meeting after that," he said. My fingers went towards my temples, circling it, attempting to decrease the neuralgia. "Tell the board to start without me. I don't want to end it late like last time. The secretary will record what I miss, and I'll watch it on the way to the meeting." "Yes, I understand, Alpha Nathaniel," he said. I hung up. 'Nathaniel, are you okay? Do you want me to take over during the board or pack meeting?' 'Depends, which meeting did you take over last time?' 'It was the pack meeting.' 'Go for the board this time.' 'Understood.' 'Thanks, Ace.' Sometimes, Ace takes over my body so that I can rest a little. I shouldn't stress out this much; everything been going well since I became Alpha a year ago. Fortunately, there is this unconfident part of me that feels like I will mess up. I shouldn't feel that way since the pack, company, and school been going well Full Moon is still the most durable pack in North America. I am still a straight-A student, which is unnecessary since I already have two jobs. The company, N&A, is still running smoothly. I'm not entirely sure why it's called N&A, but it's been that way since my grandfather, Alpha Noah, established it. I tried to figure out why it's named that way, but no one knows. The only person who does, refuse to tell me, saying how he promised my grandfather never to tell a soul. I grabbed my cleaned clothes and put them on. Walking outside, I swung my backpack over my shoulder, jingling the keys between my fingers, getting ready to go to school. Glancing down at my dark brown wristwatch, I realized I was late. 'See what happen when you mastu-' 'Ace.' ′ Fine, when you pleased yourself for too long.′ I rolled my eyes at his comment and walked downstairs to see a few omegas. They bowed down to me, showing their respect, and I grabbed two pieces of pancake, eating it while I walk towards the front door. "I will be home late tonight, so leave some extra food in the fridge," I said with two pancakes in my mouth, putting on my black shoes. "Yes, Alpha Nathaniel," they respond. I walked out, inhaling the fresh forest scent. I got to my car, slide inside, and turned on the engine. While I'm driving to school, I turned on some low tunes, filling the silence with beats. A finger tapping on the wheel, there was a rush of anxiety brewing inside my guts. Leaning against the window, I chewed on my the nail of my thumb. I wasn't quite sure what's going on, but there was something unexplainable lingering in the air, making me quite anxious. When I arrived at school, it was the passing period. Grabbing my backpack, I hopped out of my car to see a particular moron rushing towards me. "Nathan! Did you hear about the new students coming in tomorrow!?" Ethan, my Beta, ran up to me all jumpy with a large, foolish grin on his face. Yes, I know our name, rhyme. Our parents, the previous Alpha, and Beta are best friends. My mom was disappointed when her best friend gave birth to a boy instead of a girl. Releasing a snort, I shook my head, "How could I not?" "Oh yeah, you are the Alpha. Are you not excited?" he gave me a confused look. Leaning against the car door, arms crossing in front of my chest, I lifted a brow. "And why should I?" "Because there may be a chance one of them may be your mate?" I rolled my eyes. "Ethan, I rather jump off a cliff than to take a mate who is not a wolf. You're my Beta. You should know that" He started scratching his head. "Oh, right, I should, huh." Shaking my head, my mind starts wondering how our pack is going to survive in the future with a Beta like him. "Should we teach those outsiders a thing or two? You know, to show them who is boss around here." Ethan mischievously smiled at me while rubbing his hands together. My lips tilted up into a smirk, "Hell yeah." I'm definitely going to show them who makes the rules around here. 'Nathaniel,' Ace said, voice sounding more urgent than usual. Gripping on my backpack, I walked with Ethan into school. 'What is it?' I asked, heading towards my locker. 'I feel something.' 'What? Are you on drugs? Can you hit me with some?' I question, seeing Ryan, my Gamma, jogging towards Ethan and me with his usual innocent smile. I can feel Ace rolling his eyes. 'First of all, I'm inside of you if I do drugs, then so do you. Now moving on, I'm not sure, but you better meet your new schoolmates tomorrow.' 'Do I really have to?' I ask, opening my locker and putting my books inside my backpack. In the corner of my eyes, I can see the females' werewolves checking us out Ethan return their hungry stare with a wink while Ryan wave, probably not understanding what's roaming inside their mind. 'Yes! I have a feeling that if we don't go tomorrow, we may miss something important,' Ace said, voice sounding urgent. I spend most of my life with Ace, and when he says something is important, it is definitely essential. Once, I ignore his urgent call about how I shouldn't walk through this random bush, and I fell off a cliff. 'Okay, I got it.' At that time, I didn't know that I was going to meet her. The woman that made me realize that, sometimes, the term soulmate is just not enough.
