Alastair, Grace, and Zara quickly got up to help us get the kids, Amelia and Felicity, out of bed. While I was getting Elisa up out of bed, when Robert came in to check on us, there was a bright light shinning through Elisa’s balcony door, the protective barrier that the good witches had put around the palace was shimmering and waving, like ripples of water. “Something is wrong with the barrier, Robert, get everyone down to the war room, I am going out there,” I growled, rushing for the balcony door.
