A loud gulping sound was heard, Jayden swallowed the medicine and the bitter taste still remained in his mouth. There were tears in the corners of his eyes as he looked at the man that was still keeping a hand on his mouth.
Daniel finally released him. “Open your mouth.” He commanded, his voice was just as harsh as it previously had been.
Jayden did as he was told and opened his mouth while closing his eyes out of embarrassment. ‘Now he’s really treating me like a child.’ He thought to himself, the single thought made his cheeks flush in a deeper shade of red.
“Good you drank it…” Daniel breathed a sigh of relief and patted the man’s head. “You can close your mouth now, I already confirmed what I wanted to.” He said with a slightly more gentle voice.
