Several minutes later Brian went to the kitchen to see the butler hard at work.
“It is almost ready Mr. Hart.” Alfred said as he turned to the man that came in the room.
“Allow me to help.” Brian said as he saw the man was moving between dishes.
“That would be wonderful, sir.” Alfred smiled brightly and asked the man to watch over some of the food.
“So… About Harvey…” Brian didn’t know where to start. He had so many questions on his mind that it was impossible to focus.
“Mr. Barlowe is a a cold hearted man towards most people. He doesn’t easily let others approach him. Even as a child he would still be distant.” Alfred began explaining in a nostalgic voice as if he remembered Harvey’s childhood.
