Surprisingly enough this time the bakery wasn’t filled with customers. Maybe because it was a work day and nobody had the time to go there yet. It was still 6 o’clock in the morning and there wasn’t a single person in sight.
“Good morning!” Amy said with a cheery tone.
“Morning, is Boss here yet?” Brian asked as he put down his backpack with his uniform.
“She’s in the back handling packages.” Amy replied. “Don’t worry they aren’t from your partner this time.” She continued with a small smirk on her face.
“Boss told you?” Brian said as he smiled awkwardly at his co-worker. He thought that the less people knew about him being in a relationship the better.
