The next morning Brian woke up still in the man’s tight embrace. It felt like neither of them have moved an inch the entire night.
‘Since when… Do I feel so secure around him?’ Brian wondered to himself as he tried to get out of bed.
“You should sleep some more…” Harvey said as he opened his eyes.
“I’ve slept enough…” Brian replied in a tired voice.
“Yet you can barely hold your eyes open.” Harvey smiled while looking fondly at the other.
“It’s because I slept too much, not too little.” Brian retorted as he got up, finally escaping the other’s bear hug.
“There’s breakfast in the kitchen.” Harvey said as he rested his head on the palm of his hand.
“Aren’t you getting up as well?” Brian asked as he turned to look at the man.
“I’ll get up. Soon.”
