I offered her my arm to take a walk around the gardens. Now I do understand that she needs to be in contact with nature, so I will ensure she gets enough time out.
Her soft hands slipped around my elbow and she softly said "Let's go…" her wide smile showed me that she was happy with my company and despite having been through awful experiences in this realm, she is comfortable around me.
