Alexander POV
I managed to sleep a couple of hours, her presence next to me soothed my soul but at the same time woke up impulses that I thought were long gone from my system.
I stood up and took some work from my private desk and into the seating area inside my room and read a couple of treaties with other realms. Despite sleeping a few hours, I feel alive and well rested.
Arran mindlinked "Alex, are you up?"
"You won't believe the night I just had…but yeah… I am up and running." I replied the same way.
"Want to join me for training? It's been…" he paused
"I'll meet you in 10 minutes at the training grounds." I interrupted my best friend.
I walked to my closet and changed. Ayla was sleeping peacefully. I sighted and stepped out of my balcony and flew to the training grounds.
