Chapter 21From their comfortable position on the settee, Prinz and Jem looked up as Maddox came into the living room, dressed for a night on the town. Two days had already elapsed since their wedding and they were eagerly anticipating their honeymoon.
Since Maddox had come home, he and Johnson had become good friends very quickly and Jem had been delighted to know his father had a friend to keep him company while they would be away.
The friendship suited Prinz, too. It had allowed him and Jem to have a lot of time together in between Jem and Maddox spending quality time alone.
