Dinner with Liam’s family was different than I thought it was going to be. When I first met his family they seemed so close and warm, but now that I’m sitting here I realize Liam is kind of cold with his family. Maybe not as much with his mom, and definitely not with me, but there’s a lot of coldness. Everyone seems cold with each other, except Mrs. Grey and Adelia. His father also seems quiet and way more intimidating than when I first met him. His brother Logan and Zo seem quiet too. Are they acting strange because of me, I wonder.
“Dinner is delicious Mrs. Grey,” I smile.
“Thank you, dear, but please, call me Cassia.” I nod in agreement. Adelia and Cassia and I are the only ones that make any of the conversations at all. When dinner was done, I move to help Cassia with the clean-up
