Adonis stood beside his car in the quietness of the evening; the rage in his eyes was palpable as his piercing gaze regarded the sight that unfolded before him. He had left Delaney's house only because of the intruder who came at the wrong time. He was dying to lay eyes on Delaney again. And, of course, he did. But instead of being happy, it brought him anger and a dangerous desire to put a bullet through the brain of that f*****g bastard - Blaine.
