"You lost a bet for me."
"Well, I certainly didn't mean to," I said. "What was the bet?"
"I bet Janet that you wouldn't look as big when you got out of the pool as you did when you got in. You know," she blushed even more, "down there."
"Oh. Well, I'm sorry to disappoint you."
"You didn't disappoint. Quite the opposite, in fact. But I still lost. So here."
And with that she slipped off her bikini top and pulled off her bikini bottoms and gave them to me.
"Thank you," I said. "What I am I supposed to do with this?" She was sitting to my left, so I put the bikini on the edge of the Jacuzzi near my right hand.
