“So fill me in on what you already know,” my father said as he plopped himself down on the couch in my office. My mother had run off with Kalli and my dad had insisted on a meeting. We were awaiting the arrival of Berke and Ryker.

“Ok, both the strength and the healing are typical of shifters,” my dad was leaning forward in his seat, seemingly waiting for me to drop some epiphany that I didn’t have.
