Brandon had stayed back in the pack because Jared insisted despite the delta's need to follow his mate when Allison announced she needed Jared and a few others as decoy for the spam emails.
Right now, the Delta paced the living room on the first floor of the mansion as they await Jared and the other wolves that went with him.
The beta had called in an hour ago about their victory over the men who ambushed them, although a few of the wolves with Jared got darted with wolfsbane, none of them suffered any severe injuries and they captured four men to bring with them.
However, knowing Jared was okay, wasn't enough for Brandon. The delta rather preferred being beside Jared to protect him, instead of hearing over a phone call, that Jared was okay, he needed to see for himself if his mate was.
