Paige turns on his side with a groan as pain slowly builds up in his lower region and he frowns. The Alpha didn't want to leave the bed, but he knows he has to, if he wants to take his suppressant. Paige doesn't remember how or when he fell asleep, 'I must have gotten so weak by the suppressant.' Paige thinks to himself as he turns on his back and his forehead creased.
The Alpha is sure; he is the only one in this cabin, so why does it feel like someone is looming over him.
