Chapter 1 The new nanny ♡
Seattle Washington, 23 years ago......
Richard Knight was so angry at his girlfriend, Janet Clarke.
She could have told him that the dinner started at 6 pm.
He would have left the house earlier.
Now they were late.
He thought that Janet had been scatter brained ever since she had the baby.
Richard yelled, "Shut that kid up will you!"
He ran his hand through his thick brown hair.
He was late for an important dinner with his new boss.
Janet realized that there was a reason why she didn't marry Richard yet, he could be cruel.
"Richard, just pull over so I can change Jamie's diaper."
Janet unbuckled her seat belt and climbed into the back seat to soothe the little girl. Her sweet baby, dressed in pink and white, crying from a wet diaper.
Richard refused to stop.
He had tried to turn himself around to yell at Janet for climbing over the seat of his new car.
His seat belt locked up on him, preventing him from moving.
"Stupid thing!" He took off his the seat belt to turn fully around and scold Janet.
Janet screamed," Richard!" and pointed ahead.
Brake lights! The car ahead had suddenly stopped right in front of their speeding car.
Richard pulled sharply to the right and the car went over the edge of the road, it violently smashed through the bushes.
The car rolled several times. Both of Jamie's parent were killed instantly.
Baby Jamie was found unharmed, hanging upside-down in her car seat. She was saved by a couple driving behind them, acting so quickly after seeing the accident.
Present time...
Jamie Clarke, was all grown up. She was now a bright 25 year old college student in her senior year. She was desperate for a new job to help pay for her tuition.
She was sittng at a small table with a beautiful woman in her 20's dressed in a tank top and cut off jeans.
She landed a job interview with the woman, who was the current manager, Nicole. She applied for a position as a week night barista at lady bug coffee shop. The hours would be perfect for her.
Her friend Sam Bradford had heard about an opening and highly recommended her for the job. He was a frequent customer. The young woman interviewing her had asked her a question.
" Are you familiar with our drink menu. You need to be able to make a decent cup of coffee. We do offer a base pay, but of course you will be working on mostly tips here." Jamie smiled and nodded. She'd done this work before.
The woman nodded. "Great, Okay just a few more questions for you, are you comfortable wearing a bikini, I mean do you get waxed regularly?"
Jamie's mouth hung open. She looked around the coffee stand and noticed most of the windows were covered, except one in the back, the drive up window.
A tall blond walked in from the back room. She was wearing a feathered bikini bra that was held together by hand cuffs in the back and a high cut bikini bottom. She sported tattoos on her waist. Mostly writing. Her face was covered in long lashes and sparkles. She had platform shoes that elevated her height to show off her semi nude body to the drive up window.
Jamie watched her in action, she was in shock.
A car pulled up and the girl leaned way over, pushing her breasts together and licked her lips slowly. "What can I get for you love?" The man who looked a little like her math professor ordered a mocha. He wanted extra cream he said.
"Eww." Jamie stood up to leave.
The man, seeing her now had asked Jamie if she wanted to make a little extra money for a peekaboo. She shook her head. She had no clue what that even meant.
The blond barista in the bikini did. She stretched up over the window, looking for some supplies as her n****e slipped out if her top. "Oopsy!" she said. She didn't place it back in there either. Just let it hang out. The man grinned and gave her a 20 dollar bill. He paid for the drink and slowly drove off. Jamie blinked a few times. Sam seriously expected her to work here. She shook her head and ducked out.
Jamies strict grandmother, Sadie Clarke had raised her to be an independent woman, but she had her own standards.
After high school, Jamie had put off going to college to care for her ailing grandmother.
Since Sadie had passed away, Jamie found that she was financially struggling to get through to make ends meet. She was always scanning the job postings at school.
Sam saw her back at the board agian today. She frowned at him. Angry at his last suggestion.
Sam was not helpful. He was now telling her about some of the other college girls working at the local men's club.
"You could totally be an exotic dancer, Jamie. You're built for it" he said smiling at her, scanning her curves.
Jamie pushed her long blond hair back over her shoulders, and sneered back at him. It only made him want her more.
Jamie continued to scan the college announcement board.
She saw a flier for a live in nanny. She was looking for legitimate work.
Jamie swiped a flier. Her blue eyes quickly scanned over it, she was late for class.
This might be the perfect solution to her dilemma.
She couldn't afford living on campus and tuition.
Jamie had already taken a year off to work at a restaurant as a server to pay for her spring and summer semesters, the job fizzled out when the new manager had cut Jamie's hours to avoid paying her medical insurance.
Jamie ran to her English literature class, planning on calling Mrs. Karen Turner afterwards to apply for the position.
How hard could it be to get three kids off to school every day?
Besides, the flier has indicated that of the three boys -Simon was 10, Aaron was 11 years old, and the third, Max- short for Maximilian, was 17.
Max was in his last year of high school, they all needed a responsible gaurdian while Karen, the mother traveled for work.
Jamie smiled, her eye brows rose as she was happy to see that there were no diapers to deal with.
Jamie called the number.
The woman picked up right away. A woman with a deep voice answered.
"Karen Turner, how can I help you?"
"Mrs. Turner, hello! My name is Jamie Clarke, I wanted to talk to you about the position for a nanny, if it is still available?"
Mrs.Turner sat up straight in her office chair, she happily replied," Oh yes! Thank you for your interest, I'm super busy today, can we schedule a meeting tomorrow?"
Jamie agreed to meet Mrs.Turner at her office in Olympia, Washington tomorrow afternoon.
42 year old Karen Turner worked as a journalist for a major news network.
Her job had required her to travel to exotic places around the world, she wrote pieces on food, style, and travel.
She was actually planning to leave the country next week.
Being a divorced, single parent-she was desperate now for a good nanny.
Her ex- husband Tim Turner had been unavailable to take the boys, no surprise there.
He was an executive for a financial firm and always put work first.
She had to decline several assignments because of him.
Karen's job was now in jeopardy.
Jamie dressed carefully on the day of her interview.
She wore a long skirt with a matching tan over coat, and a crisp white blouse underneath.
She braided her long blond hair and twisted it into a bun.
She nervously hummed to herself, "just a spoon full of sugar makes the medicine go down...She felt like a phony.
She usually dressed casually in t-shirts and worn blue jeans. She never wore her hair up so severely.
She stuck her tongue out at her reflection in the mirror.
Jamie's heart shape face and big blue eyes were smiling back at her.
Her body was curvy, she liked how the button up jacket accented her thin waist.
Mrs. Turner was immediately impressed with Jamie.
She certainly looked the part.
"Nice to meet you, come on in!"
She shook Jamie's hand firmly.
"Please, sit."
She jestured towards a pair of geometric printed stuffed chairs.
Jamie sank back into the chair and then quickly pulled herself upright.
The woman smiled,"Call me Karen, please."
Jamie looked around and noticed several framed magazine covers on the wall. This lady was very good at her job, she thought.
I would love to work in an office like this one day.
Karen asked her for a resume. Jamie had brought a short resume with her.
She hesitantly handed it to Karen.
Karen skimmed the paper.
Karen's phone rang."Excuse me please."
Jamie overheard Karen speaking to someone about a trip to Indonesia.
She got the feeling that Karen was being pushed to leave the country sooner than she had anticipated.
Karen hung up the phone, she placed her well manicured hand on her forhead.
"Listen, I am taking a leap of faith here. You're hired, can you start tonight?"
Jamie thought for a moment, she had plans with her friend Sam to see a movie.
Jamie wiped her sweaty palms on her skirt. She stood up and shook Karen's hand.
"Send me the address and I will be there!"
Karen liked this college girl. At 25 she seemed more mature than most of the other applicants. She felt good about her decision.
Karen Turner didn't know everything would fall to pieces more than a year later.
One year later...
Max was doing his best to help his little step brother, Aaron with his math homework.
Max found it so hard to concentrate with his nanny, Jamie near by.
He was very excited to celebrate his 18th birthday tonight.
He had waited for this night to come.
He would celebrate at home with his mother, brothers, and Jamie.
Jamie looked beautiful today. Her long blond hair was flowing freely.
She wore a pair of tan chinos and a black 3/4 sleeves blouse, tucked in- showing off her thin waist. She was barefoot.
Max had seen the many faces of Jamie throughout the last year. He loved each one. This look made him real horny.
His boyhood crush on his nanny had grown into an obsession in the past year, he was now crazy about her. He drooled over her every move. Being around her often made him have to adjust his pants.
Now that he was turning 18, he was seriously thinking about asking her out on a real date.
Jamie had been noticing Max too. He was developing into a very handsome young man. She knew that he had a crush on her, she thought it was sweet.
She tried to keep busy and push away those naughty thoughts about Max's developing manly body. He was a knock out. She had thoughts about running her fingers over Max's tan skin, his sweet dimples as he smiled, the sharp angles developing in his face. He was taller than her now. Her mind kept going back to the way he moved.
She noticed his long legs, his lean body.
The away he tried to impress her with his muscles as he looked at her when he worked out .
Max wore a pair of cut off jeans. She could see his tan legs, a light dusting of hair towards the the muscles of his thighs.
He was looking too hot for being just a teenager. She shook her head. She was feeling warm all over.
He quickly looked away when she had caught him staring at her as she bent over, leaving her cleavage exposed.
She was helping young Simon with his English paper.
Jamie knew all about English literature.
Max smiled at her and whispered in his newly deepening voice, "You look real pretty today Miss Jamie."
He called her Miss Jamie as his mother had instructed all of her boys to do so.
Jamie found herself blushing. She hit his arm, "Max, the boys need to get their homework done!"
She motioned to Aaron."Go, help him please, Max."
The way this boy looked at her, burning her skin with his eyes, he made her feel like a supermodel.
She had a real date planned later tonight, with her friend from college, Sam.
She would meet up with him after she finished helping Karen with the celebration of Max's 18th birthday.
Max was so excited.
Jamie would be relieved to have Karen come home on time for a change tonight.
Karen wouldn't dare miss Max's big party.
Jamie loved her job, but taking care of three rowdy boys, 24 hours a day-took its toll on the now 26 year old nanny.
Of course she knew that Max was more of her helper now. She didn't need to supervise him as much.
In the past, Max tended to get into fights with the younger boys from time to time, showing his immaturity.
But lately... Max was acting very mature, he even asked her for help with his college applications.
Jamie had a soft spot for the youngest, Simon.
He was sweet and kind to her.
She knew they all had some kind of affection for her, since their mother Karen had been away so much in the past year.
Jamie was now a part of their family.
The phone rang, it was Karen.
"Look, Jamie, my flight was canceled for weather issues. Please say you will stay over? Tell me you can, I need to tell Max I'm so sorry to miss his birthday."
Jamie called Max to the phone. He listened and nodded his head as Karen spoke.
He looked despondent.
His mother was going to miss his birthday, again.
Jamie sent a text to Sam to cancel their date.
She would of course stay the night here with the boys.
She had told Karen," Don't worry I got this!"
Jamie put on an apron and started to put together a chocolate cake for Max.
She opened a bottle of wine and had a swig.
She was going to enjoy her night anyway, her one night off.
Jamie quickly ran up to her room, the apartment above the garage.
She changed into a pair of tennis shoes, her hip hugging stretch running pants, and a loose t-Shirt.
She wanted to get in a run before the party.
She knew the boys would love to come with her.
They always did.
Once the cake was done, she removed it from the oven to cool.
She ordered 3 pizzas to arrive for dinner.
"Come on boys, fresh air time!"
They boys put on their shoes and did some stretching.
Off they went down the sidewalk of the rich housing community.
Jamie ran ahead as the boys poked each other and fooled around. Max ran behind watching the sway of her hips as she ran.
His brown eye brow rose to one side, as he assessed her. He quickly closed the gap and caught up to her. He had been working out a lot lately, he was fit.
Jamie had pushed the three boys to exercise regularly. She knew it was the secret to getting them to bed on time.
She looked at Max, smiling as he ran up beside her.
"Your doing great! I remember when you couldn't run a block without stopping 5 times to catch your breath."
He grinned, dimples showing.
He had a scruffy beard growing.
He quietly said to her."You are the one making me breathless now."
She pushed him away, "You are getting too smooth Mr. Turner," she laughed and sprinted off.
She wasn't sure how to respond when he flirted with her.
She was flattered for sure.
He was a great kid.
He was so kind with her and always offered to help her- carry groceries in, clean up the house, cook the meals.
It was almost like they were the parents in this cozy little family.
Max caught up to her.
He smiled and looked down as he ran, "Sorry."
She nodded and turned around to face Aaron and Simon.
She clapped her hands, "come on boys, push it!"
They scrambled forward and ran ahead to the jungle gym.
They were 11 and 12 now. They shared the same mother with Max, but Max's father was another man.
His mother had brought him into her second marriage, they were very happy for a while.
Max had felt left out at times. His step father Tim didn't seem to care too much for him.
He was relieved when his mother had filed for divorce from Tim.
He wasn't a good husband to her.
Jamie slowed to a walk now, with Max next to her.
He often talked to Jamie about his childhood.
She never took sides, but he always felt that she was the only one that he could confide in.
He wanted so much to ask her out.
He knew it was forbidden. He couldn't help himself though, he was compelled to compliment the beautiful woman every chance that he had gotten.
He knew that she was dating a few guys from her college.
He heard her flirt in the phone with Sam one night.
Max was so jealous that he had taken off for a run and didn't return until dark.
Jamie was pissed at him for a while.
He couldn't tell her how he had felt, why he had suddenly left.
Max was getting older now. He had out grown the need for a nanny, but he now needed the woman, Jamie.
He had many sweet dreams about Jamie.
He woke up in a hot sweat, night after night.
He was fully obsessed with her
The gentle sway of her hips. The swell of her breasts.
The way she danced in the kitchen when she thought that she was all alone.
He was intoxicated by her scent.
She smelled of flowers and a deep womanly musk.
He especially liked to exercise with her, seeing her tight body moving next to his.
