“I don’t want to go!” I whined.
“Tough. You are going and that is final! Hopefully, being in the kingdom will teach you how to actually behave in an appropriate manner!” My father roared.
“Look at it as if it were an adventure. You’re always saying that you want more fun in your life. Well, here is your opportunity.” My mother said, being the voice of reason.
“But I won’t know anyone there.”
“You’ll know Emmi and Lincoln. And I have heard the kingdom takes their training very seriously. Maybe their instructors can teach you some new techniques?”
I pondered on the notion, learning and bringing home some new moves to use during training may not be the worst idea.
