Reaching the hospital, the dragon was brought to the emergency while the bodyguards were outside the operating room. Most of them went pale as if waiting for their respective wives to deliver a baby. The Kwon head was informed about the accident and now these bodyguards fellow were just waiting for hell to come. Most especially that Madam Kwon was coming with the Head Kwon. Two demons will surely grill them to death.
Not a moment ago, the dragon’s family arrived. The commotion could be heard in the hospital’s hallway with the guards receiving the wrath from the Head Kwon and Madam Kwon who can be called as one dreadful madam. They could be eaten alive by her. No doubt, a dragon was raised before the blood of these two cold-blooded people.
After three long hours, the doctors told the family about Rui’s stable condition. However, he could be suffering from an occasional headache or an attack of migraine while on his recuperation period. This was the result of the accident and the worst of it all, Rui Kwon damaged his eyesight which needed to undergo operations to restore it again.
Pristine Kwon, the madame, had bid all the doctors take care of her son or she’ll have them all fired in heartbeat for any complications to Rui’s health.
The Kwon head, Reese Kwon, on the other hand, worn an unreadable expression as if not feeling anything for his son’s condition. He was about to leave the hospital but Pristine stopped him.
“There’s something I need to deal with, Pristine.” Reese reasoned out
“You need to deal with your son’s business Kwon Head.” Madam firmly said surprise with his wife’s words. She didn’t blink while calling him the ‘Kwon Head’. Reese decided to stay until Rui wakes up.
After several days, Ruiji finally woke up only to find out that he lost his sight.
Rui’s POV
I tried to stand up but I felt a little dizzy while I gripped my hands on the edge of the bed. I opened my eyes but there wasn’t light at all. Then without a word, I realized one thing. ‘So, this one’s a consequence of my action, huh?’
“Shit.” I cursed. But I was surprised that someone was in my room.
“You’re awake now, ” I heard her. My mom. I felt that she tried to caress my face but I slapped her hand away. Then another voice surprised me even more. What was he doing here?
“Now, did you realize this thoughtless action of yours led you into this mess?” He sounded so sarcastic as if mocking me in my condition. Good for him that I can’t touch him right now.
But I tried to ignore him then shrugged my shoulders. I could sense his controlled anger. But the hell do I care? I smirked to annoy him even more.
I heard him released a deep breath. “Rui, I hope you do realize that Kwon Group needs you. At least-”
“Are you here to lecture me again? Get lost old man.” I snapped at him. “You know what? You two should stop smothering me and leave me alone.” They didn’t have to be in here in the first place. I’d rather talk to some boorish people than be alone with Kwon Head who only acted as a father when he needed someone to take charge of his company.

Rui’s had just eye surgery and tissue reconstruction which needed to be protected with bandages. He seemed pissed with the tight bandages around his face that almost had covered half of his face. And he took out his annoyance to the guards assigned to look after him as the sole heir of the Kwon group.
“Get the f**k out of my room!” Rui shouted at the chief of the guards.
The Black was out of the town. They were grounded for three months because they weren’t able to look out for their master’s safety. So Rui had no one to turn into but his I-pod.
“Didn’t you hear me? I said move out!” The lights actually flickered as if doom had embraced the hospital.
Not a single word, the guards immediately scampered out of the room together with the chief guard. They can’t perceive the dragon’s next move just to send them out. They might be literally thrown outside the window all at once or they will be shot dead by his covered-eyes glares.
The nurses who passed by these guards were getting the idea why on earth these men were running for their lives. Of course, once someone entered that particular door, one can be dead, alive but mad, shocked, or traumatized. Worst, one can have all of it rolled into one.
So the bodyguards were posted outside the hospital building instead. The security was tightened for the safety of Rui Kwon most especially that the ‘accident’ wasn’t really an accident after the Kwon Head had investigated it.
Farasha’s Pov
I was bored in my room for staying in the hospital for three days. Good though that I filed my excuse letter in my school just to fully recover from my recurrent tonsillitis. This had been bugging me for quite some time now. I couldn’t even speak in my normal tone afraid to wound my throat. As my doctor said, I should lower my voice as much as possible or it will get worst. I’m not even allowed to eat my cravings for something sweet. Tsk! I hate this!
I decided to get out of my bed and freshened up myself in the hospital’s garden. I greeted every patient in the hallway as I passed by. I find it funny. The hospital was just like high school. Those who wear the same clothing as I were my classmates. Those who wear nurses' and doctors’ uniforms were the teachers. I giggled at that.
Oh, I forgot to mention, my parents were always away to other places. You know business matters. But I got my nanny to take care of me. My friends visited me in their vacant schedule. I’m quite thankful for their thoughtfulness actually since I know the pressure of college life. But I got these wonderful friends who paid me a visit. But today, I expected no visitors. My part-timer nanny just left me with my healthy meals after.
I roamed around the garden and after a while, I rested on the bench. I looked up in the sky and smiled. I just love the sky very much. I stretched before I stood up. ‘Maybe I should try that tea in the canteen. I thought. I paced towards the direction of the canteen but I stopped when I realized that I didn’t bring my wallet. I wrinkled my nose. On second thought, I decided to head back to my room. I got into the elevator and when I’m about to press the button, my hand was left hanging.
‘What was my room number again? Was it 616 or 919?’
I’m a bit irritated right now. Am I this lousy after what happened to me? Damn.
Instead, I pressed the 8th-floor button. And when I got out, I find myself looking for the room number swirling in my mind. “There it is.” I smiled as I entered that room. I rested myself on the couch and closed my eyes when I noticed something.
‘Hey? I didn’t have a big couch in my room, I didn’t have any huge T.V. screen in my room and I didn’t have any of these luxuries in my room. Just where the hell am I?’
I must be in someone’s room! I quickly stood up and ran through the door when someone caught my eyes. A guy on his blonde hair, with bandages around his eyes, covering almost all portion of his face. Omo! Wrong room, Fara!
“Sorry I didn’t mean to --” I was cut off after I saw the guy crouching. Is he in pain? His hands-on his head. And I’m sure enough that I hear him groaned in pain while pulling his hair. Why was that? Was it a migraine? I stood up frozen looking at him. I didn’t realize that migraine could be this fatal or painful because I could tell that he was in great agony. Why was he suffering like this!? Where was the nurse?! Was he deliberately suppressing? He could have shouted for help! Arrrghh I can’t stop myself but approached him. I snapped his hands out of his head.
“Yah! Stop pulling your hair. It will get worse!” Because he sat in the side of his bed so I easily hang my bend knee on his bedside while the other feet are on the ground. Totally locking him in between. I care no less about our position. I pushed myself to him letting his chin rested on my right shoulder. I could feel his heavy breathing on my ear even I’m not seeing his face now, I know he bit his lip so hard.
I began to massage his nape gently. Striking every precise point just to ease the pain on his head. I initiated it for five minutes. And when I felt him calming, I then gently disentangled myself from him and brushed my hands on his hair, and began to massage his scalp only to find myself staring at a tempting view. His lips? Kyahhh!!! I quickly abandoned the idea as I continued massaging his head.
“You should not be pulling your hair like that. You look like an i***t. No, more like a moron.” I sound like reprimanding a boy. “What are you anyway? A masochist?” I then distanced myself from him.
He did not say anything.
“Wait here, I’m calling the doctor—” I said but he firmly grabbed my arm.
“Don’t have to do that. Just get out…ditch head.” He flatly said.
This guy was way too impossible! Not even a single thank you? How very rude!’ My mind shouted. I swear I literally wanted to smash him with something hard or sharp. He was nothing but a first-rate rudest person ever.
I’m ready to give my best offense but I quickly dropped the idea when I could sensed evil spirits around the room. If he had his bandages off his eyes, I was certain that he was giving me a deadly glare. Shivers suddenly slithered my body.
“F-Fine. Just let go of me,” I ran to the door as soon as he loosened his grip on my arm. I turned in his direction. “Hey, I’ll be checking on you every day. Looks like you don’t want a nurse as your company.”
Then I closed the door.
